Terms of delivery
In principle, your order has the highest priority for us. That is, we will do everything possible to ship your order within the shortest possible time. The exact delivery times depend on the selected product. However, in the case of order-based production of locking cylinders and locking systems, the specified production times must be planned for.
We ship orders at home and abroad with Deutsche Post AG (DHL) including goods insurance. In exceptional cases or for deliveries ex works, however, it may be other transport services depending on the manufacturer.
The shipping costs are displayed without login in the system incl. german VAT. The exact shipping costs for your desired products can be found in the filled shopping cart after logging into the system. This calculates for you, the shipping costs incurred for you.

Delivery on account
If you choose this payment method in your order, we will send you the ordered goods to the specified delivery address.
You will receive the invoice preferably by e-mail. The invoice amount you then please pay within 10 days conveniently by bank transfer. Please indicate the invoice number, order number and the orderer's name in the transfer,
Order number and the orderer name, which is also printed on your invoice, so that we can assign your payment properly.
