Payment methods

General information

Convenient and secure payment methods are naturally part of our service. The sullus GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods and to carry out requested deliveries only against advance payment in order to safeguard the credit risk in individual cases.

For deliveries for which we make advance payments, we may, in order to protect our legitimate interests, obtain credit information from Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, Gasstraße 18, 22761 Hamburg, Germany. Your interests worthy of protection will of course be taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Prepayment
• Instant bank transfer
• PayPal
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)

When completing your order, you can, depending on availability, choose the payment method that suits you.
Please understand that for deliveries abroad in principle only the payment methods prepayment, PayPal and credit card are available.

Prepayment

When paying in advance, you will receive with the order confirmation the amount of the amount and our bank details.
When transferring the money, please specify your name and the order number as the purpose.
As soon as your payment is received by us and the ordered goods are available, they will be shipped by us.
The invoice will be enclosed in each case to the package or sent as an e-mail.

If we can not register receipt of payment within 5 working days, we must unfortunately cancel the reservation of the stock goods. If no receipt of the designated amount can be recorded after 10 days, your order will be automatically canceled and deleted.

You will receive 2.0% prepayment discount for prepayment, in addition to other discounts granted.

The advance payment discount is granted exclusively on orders placed via the online store.

For a transfer from abroad or special cases (eg cash deposit to foreign account) may incur additional bank fees.
These are not charged by us. Therefore, please inquire about these costs at your bank. Please transfer the total amount, stating your order number and name to the following account:

Instant bank transfer

Instant bank transfer is an online payment system provided by SOFORT GmbH for cashless payment on the Internet. Use your own online banking data and transfer quickly and conveniently via Sofortüberweisung. Via a secure payment form of SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to merchants, the transfer is executed in real time via your online bank account.
Once we have received confirmation of a successful payment and the ordered goods are in stock or manufactured, they will be shipped.

PayPal

Pay easily and securely with PayPal. You too can benefit from buyer protection. Once you have a PayPal account, you pay only with your email address and password. Your bank and credit card details are stored exclusively at PayPal, so they are not recorded by us. If you pay with PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the encrypted website of PayPal during the order process and back again after the payment process is completed. The security is guaranteed by SSL encryption.

Credit card - payment transaction security

We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

In order to optimally protect your payment data in particular, we use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security system. All your banking information is therefore optimally protected and never visible to third parties during all data transmissions.
IMPORTANT: Never transmit confidential information in a simple e-mail.

We support the 3D Secure procedures MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and American Express SafeKey. Additional authentication provides additional protection for your cardholder data. During the payment process you will be automatically redirected to a page of your bank. There you will be asked to enter your personal SecureCode (for Visa cards this is the Verified by Visa password, for MasterCard cards the MasterCard Securecode password and for American Express you will be sent a TAN to confirm the transaction).

When the purchase is completed, your credit card will also be charged. The settlement with your bank usually takes place every 4 weeks on specific dates. If for unforeseen reasons a delivery of the ordered goods is not possible, the credit card charge will be canceled immediately. This payment option is only available from an order value of 1 EUR.

Invoice

As a public authority, local community or public institution, you can also conveniently order by invoice. Corporate customers are welcome to submit a written request. Please contact us if you would like to use this payment method. Requests for exceptions must be made in writing.

Invoices will be handed out in this case upon delivery of the goods or sent by letter / e-mail. These are due with a period of 10 days without deduction.
In case of payment by invoice, we reserve the right to send the security card only after payment of the full invoice amount.
