DORMAKABA expert plus

DORMAKABA expert plus locking cylinders are part of an ergonomically correct reversible key system, which means that the DORMAKABA reversible key is inserted vertically into the cylinder channel. The locking positions on each cylinder side are arranged in 4 rows radially around the key. The cylinder is thus reliably protected against illegal opening methods - even with modern tools.

The patented reversible key system can be used flexibly for simple to complex locking system configurations with high demands.

The reversible key is technically difficult to copy. The keys are not coded by drilling, but by a special milling process that conceals the position of the coding on the key. The key is made of nickel silver and is highly resistant to breaking, has excellent sliding properties and lowest wear. New design of the locking elements allow the key to slide even more easily into the key channel.

Permutation capacity
4 radially arranged rows of pins with up to 22 pairs of locking elements in 44 possible positions result in over 907 billion possible lockings.

DORMAKABA expert plus key blanks, keys and the system are protected by patent EP2890856B1 until 2033. The registered trademark "Mountain Peak" gives DORMAKABA expert plus a high recognition value. In the long term, this guarantees not only exclusivity, but also unmistakability, the highest level of quality and security.

Organisational protection through security card
Every new DORMAKABA expert plus locking system and every standard cylinder is supplied with a security card containing all the security details of the system or single lock. This card is used to order duplicate keys and to register and manage the master data of the locking system or single lock.

International certifications
DORMAKABA expert plus is internationally certified several times against cylinder break-up by drilling, pulling, picking and bumping.

Versatility
