Legal protection through patent durations

The commercial production of an EVVA key is carried out exclusively by EVVA. All EVVA products are only sold via authorised EVVA partners. EVVA may take legal action against any infringement of patent rights. The MCS patent terms extend to the year 2035.

High level of technical protection due to required expertise

The technical features of an MCS key require special machines and a high level of expertise during production. Illegal production is only possible with very high expenditure.

Modular construction (SYMO)

The MCS cylinders are manufactured in modular design (SYMO) and are therefore more than flexible. With the modular system, the cylinder length can be subsequently adjusted by a specialist or a specific function (e.g. lockable on both sides) can be assigned to the cylinder. This allows you to benefit from flexible solutions and reduce your time and cost expenditure. The cylinder lengths can be changed in 5 mm increments.

More security with EVVA security card

Duplicate keys, duplicate cylinders and locking plans are only available from an authorised EVVA partner and only with the corresponding proof of authorisation, the EVVA security card.

Magnetic code system - maximum duplicate key security

When an MCS key with a suitable magnetic coding is inserted, all magnetic rotors are brought into the correct locking position. 2 mechanic bars above these assign the locking authorisation. The mechanical control is carried out by a profile system (length profile) and by a positively controlled locking pin detection on both key sides with manipulation control.
The permanent magnets made of Samarium-Cobalt-5 guarantee a long life and cannot be re-magnetized or demagnetized by conventional tools. The unique magnetic keys guarantee maximum security against key copying. Each lock and each key is unique.
